ACT AFRICA WINS AWARD AS BEST REGIONAL TB NETWORK IN AFRICA

Africa Coalition on TB has been awarded Best Regional TB Network in Africa during the National TB Conference on the 12^th December, 2024, at the trade fair centre in Abuja, Nigeria.

The award was in recognition of Act Africa’ s outstanding contribution to tuberculosis control and prevention in Africa. The recognitions highlight the network’s innovative strategies that have significantly increased case detection and improved treatment outcomes in underserved communities across Africa through its community engagement drive through its country partners.

The award was received by Rachel Otu Amponsah on behalf of the organization during the National TB Conference held in Nigeria.
