Act Africa is conducting this survey to gather insights from HIV, TB, and Malaria (HTM) community networks on their engagement and experiences in the Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8) processes. As countries advance through GC8 planning and implementation stages, it is essential to ensure that community voices are meaningfully included and reflected in decision-making.

This survey aims to assess the level of community participation, identify key challenges and gaps, and document good practices and opportunities for strengthening inclusive and effective engagement. The information collected will help inform advocacy efforts, guide technical support, and contribute to improving the quality and responsiveness of GC8 processes to community needs.
